We are looking for agents with immediate availability, excellent English, retention, sales and customer service skills, with at least 3 years of experience.

A retention/sales specialist needs to be skilled at conflict resolution and should be able to navigate situations where customers are unhappy with the company, by effective problem-solving skills.

Preferably we need self motivated agent whose goal is to earn as many commissions as possible based on his/her own performance.
